Your account has been created, but it doesn't have access to anything yet. An administrator needs to grant you a role before you can use the warehouse.
Ask whoever administers BSA Warehouse Manager to open Setup › Users and give this address a role. Mention what you need to do — receiving, picking, or the scanner — so they can pick the right one.
